Storage building circa 1865 by Sir Joseph Bazalgette. The building is currently vacant. There is significant structural movement and damage due to water ingress. Thames Water is considering options for repair.

Pumping station 1910-14, white stock brick with terracotta and moulded stone dressings. Internal pumping floor sunk deep below ground level. There are no long term proposals for the reuse of the building at this stage.
